We begin with modular housing from Coodo which features a range of dwellings from open-air structures to residential buildings. In the foreground below we see Pavilion which can be used for public events as well as for private shelter:
Wood is the prime material for everything in the house. It looks old (salvaged) but extremely chic at the same time. In the large living room everything is cozy relaxed and sprinkled with some French touches. In the kitchen although small everything is well organized and has its place. Plenty of natural light fills the dining area adding character to the whole setup.
The marvels of the Thai architecture are reflected in both the interiors as well as the outdoors. Much effort has been taken to maintain the calm and serene natural ambiance of the place. The rooms overlook either the garden or the swimming pool or the beach. Both the indoors and outdoors have a relaxing mood attached to them. The large size of each room is noticeable. Guests’ rooms are also provided. The sandy path a long stretch of white sand leads you to the beaches.
Note the sculptural element brought to this interior by the side-by-side placement of silos. The strategic placement of silos also creates privacy. Semicircular walls surround residents with curved protection as shown below with a cozy bedroom area.
This cool contemporary home Down Under in Melbourne has been designed to blend in cool natural tones with sophisticated modern design to perfection. Conceptualized and brought to life by designer the residence achieves this by using beautiful shades of wood along with the right blend of stone and glass. The exterior of the house is adorned by vertical wooden tiles that give it a distinct appeal. Step inside and you will see chic and sophisticated interiors that are largely clad in neutral colors.
